Volunteer
Volunteer with ETWA to meet great people, learn a new skills and make a difference! There will be opportunity to volunteer in East Timor as the security situation becomes more stable and we think through our Exchange Program.
As a grassroots, volunteer organisation we welcome innovative ideas and make room for creativity. Some of our members have visited East Timor, particularly working with our partners as volunteers, developing friendships and working toward solidarity (cross-cultural dialogue is important in order for us to learn from each other). Being involved with us you'll develop a deeper passion for East Timor and learn about East Timorese culture and the issues facing women in particular. It goes without saying if you want to start working on any of these (even just to do a little bit and get things started) that you will be supported by the ETWA Coordinator and other members.
